Creating a Village

Her Circle Collective is a space where women can be free from judgment and surrounded by sisterhood.

Founder & CEO

Khadie Parsley founded Her Circle with the belief that women deserve genuine support, and community in every stage of life. As a first-generation Jamaican American and an only child, she understands both the importance of community and the feeling of having to navigate life independently. Her experiences shaped her desire to create a space where women can build meaningful relationships and feel a true sense of belonging.

Khadie earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in African American History from Montclair State University and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology at William Paterson University. Her passion for mental health, sisterhood, and community care is deeply woven into the mission of Her Circle. Through events, mentorship, and outreach initiatives, she hopes to rebuild the kind of village many women have been missing by creating spaces rooted in authenticity and care.
